  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Balsamic glaze
  • 1 Persian cucumber small
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 5 Kalamata olives sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • Basil chopped, to taste
  • 1 tsp Olive oil


  • Add cottage cheese as your base.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the cottage cheese.
  • Add a line for each of the following: cucumber slices, tomatoes, olives, and sunflower seeds.
  • Top with basil and a drizzle of olive oil in an “s” shape.
