Blueberry, Prune & Kefir Smoothie

- 1 cup plain low-fat kefir
- 5 prunes
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup water
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender. Mix until smooth, and enjoy those gut healthy pre and probiotics!
