  • Four (4) 60-minute live video classes with the group, including Q&A with Manuel
  • Individualized eating guidelines based on your metabolism and activity. Customized macronutrient percentages and total calories are provided.
  • Sample meal plans with easy and delicious recipes plus a shopping list.
  • Accountability through 1 on 1 chat with Manuel. Ask questions and report your progress between sessions. More frequent chats in between sessions better helps you reach your goals.
