High Fiber High Protein Cereal Bowls

These two high protein cereal bowls are full of fiber, flavor, and good nutrition to start your day on the right foot.

When looking for a healthy breakfast cereal for weight loss, it can be difficult to find one that meets all of the right criteria, that also satisfies your tastebuds.

So I’ve created a high fiber high protein cereal bowls with protein powder and EO3 that will keep you full all morning, while also helping with your weight loss efforts. Plus, they contain different color bioactive compounds and phytonutrients for a range of health benefits.

Benefit of High Protein Cereal

One of the key most important elements of breakfast to keep you full and promote a lean body composition is to include adequate protein. This, paired with fiber, can also help you stay full for longer, which can help with other food cravings.

Cereal with Protein Powder

While the milk, chia seeds, and yogurt in this recipe provide protein, the target protein for meals for weight loss is 25-30 grams. So by adding protein powder or EO3, you easily meet this target. The protein powder and EO3 can also add some extra flavor to your bowl!

Option 1: High Protein High Fiber Cereal with Protein Powder

  • ½ cup Cheerios
  • 1 cup Trader Joe's High Fiber Cereal
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 4 walnut halves
  • 1 pinch cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp granola
  • 1 cup Pichuberries, banana, strawberries, and blueberries
  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup milk

Option 2: High Protein High Fiber Cereal with EO3

  • ½ cup Heritage Flakes
  • 1 cup Trader Joe's High Fiber Cereal
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp granola
  • 4 sacha inchi seeds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup Strawberries, banana, blueberries
  • 1 carton EO3 Ready-to-drink smoothie
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt


  • Mix together all of the dry ingredients.
  • Add the fruit.
  • Add the wet ingredients and enjoy.
