The Greek yogurt veggie dip is full of flavor with sun-dried tomatoes and basil. It’s ideal for pairing with crisp, fresh veggies.
- Food processor or blender
- 2 cups Greek yogurt 2% plain
- 4 Tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in oil or water diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil minced
- Olive oil drizzle lightly over the top (can be omitted)
- Salt to taste
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
- Serve with sliced veggies.
