Peruvian Superfoods – Pre-Exercise Power Oatmeal

This is not your typical oatmeal recipe. Here I combine oatmeal with Greek yogurt to supply you with the perfect amount of protein. I also add a power blend of berries, pichuberry, blueberries, and strawberries to supply additional carbohydrates  with the added bonus of vitamins and fiber.


1/4 cup oatmeal, cooked

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup mixed pichuberry, blueberry & strawberry (or other berries of choice)

1 tablespoon chia seeds


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
