Peruvian Power Foods: Sacha Inchi Seeds

Sacha Inchi seeds are Peru’s rain forest; the Amazon.  They are also known as the Inca peanut.  The seeds are high with protein at 9 grams per ounce, and rich in Tryptophan, an amino acid that’s a pre-cursor to the production of Serotonin, the important hormone that can help promote a positive mood.
