  • 1 Tbsp. Psyllium husk
  • 0.5 cup sour red cherries
  • 5 pitted prunes
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 3 oz. low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain Kefir probiotics


  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency.



Chef note: add water to reach the thickness of your liking.
