Don’t be fooled by the illusion of effort-free weight loss!

The New Year is approaching fast, are you ready?  With all this talk about goal-setting  (The Pitfall In Making Resolutions), you may feel overwhelmed, but just stay focused and positive.  The best things in life are worth working for; weight loss and a healthy lifestyle are no different.  Don’t worry! You’ll be rewarded for your efforts in the end, like when you’re able to go through the entire day without fantasizing about a nap…when you feel great about how you look…and when you’re pleased with how your clothes fit. 

This is the time of year when every imaginable weight loss program goes into advertising overdrive, so it’s important that you be aware of and recognize false claims such as:

“We have a pill that blocks the absorption of fat, carbs, or calories!”

“Lose 30 pounds in 30 days!”

“Drink our shake, lose weight!”

“Shed pounds with our miracle diet patch or cream!”

“Lose inches in your waist by dancing the hula!”

“Fast weight-loss exercises to lose 5 pounds a week”

I’m sorry to have to tell you this, but there are no magic formulas or secret bullets.  Just maintain your motivation and stick to your resolutions and goals.  And YES! you will lose weight by eating with Eating Free.

Really focus on how you’re going to stick to your goals to carry out your action plan to the finish line.  If you’ve neither made any goals nor created an action plan yet, now’s the time to do it.  What are you waiting for?
