  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, 2% plain or fat level of choice
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 12 oz frozen chopped spinach, cooked in microwave (follow package instructions)
  • 2, 6 oz. jars of chopped artichoke hearts in oil or water further chopped
  • 1 large clove garlic finely minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Enjoy with your favorite whole-grain crackers or chips.
