Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate milk like Fairlife
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 scoop protein powder 30g protein
Instructions
- Blend milk, cottage cheese, cacao powder, and protein powder until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Divide into 4 containers and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy chilled.
