chocolate milk
like Fairlife
▢

cup
low-fat cottage cheese
▢

chia seeds
▢

tbsp
unsweetened cacao powder
▢

scoop protein powder
30g protein
Instructions
▢
Blend milk, cottage cheese, cacao powder, and protein powder until smooth.
▢
Stir in chia seeds.
▢
Divide into 4 containers and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
▢
Enjoy chilled.
