3/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

3/4 cup mixed berries

1 tablespoon crushed walnuts

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or agave


1.) Put the yogurt in a serving bowl. Top with the berries, walnuts, nibs, seeds, and honey or agave. Eat immediately or take it on the go.
