Peach & Pear Protein Pudding

This dish combines baked peaches and pears with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, letting the fruit caramelize and sweeten naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can sliced peaches in 100% juice, drained
  • 1 15 oz can pear halves in 100% juice, drained
  • ½ cup walnut pieces
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Protein Cream Blend:

  • ½ cup low-fat 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ scoop about 15g protein vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Dash of cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F).
  • Roughly chop the drained peaches and pears.
  • Toss fruit with brown sugar, walnuts, salt, and cinnamon. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until fruit is bubbling and edges begin to caramelize.
  • Meanwhile, blend cottage cheese, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the protein blend over the warm fruit, or mix it in gently for a pudding-like texture.
  • Serve warm or chilled — both are delicious!
