Ingredients

15 oz can sliced peaches in 100% juice, drained

15 oz can pear halves in 100% juice, drained
▢
½
cup
walnut pieces
▢
¼
cup
brown sugar
▢
Pinch
of sea salt
▢
Cinnamon powder to taste
Protein Cream Blend:
▢
½
cup
low-fat
2% cottage cheese
▢
½
scoop
about 15g protein vanilla or unflavored protein powder
▢
1
tsp
vanilla extract
optional
▢
Dash of cinnamon
optional
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F).
▢
Roughly chop the drained peaches and pears.
▢
Toss fruit with brown sugar, walnuts, salt, and cinnamon. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
▢
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until fruit is bubbling and edges begin to caramelize.
▢
Meanwhile, blend cottage cheese, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
▢
Spoon the protein blend over the warm fruit, or mix it in gently for a pudding-like texture.
▢
Serve warm or chilled — both are delicious!
