In addition to the benefits of the protein, this smoothie will give you a boost of plant-based nutrients from the mix of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and spices.
Peach Mango Smoothie
- ½ cup can peaches drained
- ½ cup frozen mango pieces
- ½ cup yellow or green zucchini slices
- ½ cup carrots slices
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¾ cup water
- 1 serving protein powder*
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
