No-Bake Greek Yogurt Cheesecake Cups

These are creamy, high-protein cheesecakes made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, lightly sweetened and topped with berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 graham cracker sheets crushed (about ½ sheet per serving)
  • 1 cup mixed berries fresh or thawed frozen

Instructions

  • Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice until creamy.
  • Spoon into 4 small jars or ramekins.
  • Top with crushed graham crackers and berries.
  • Chill before serving.
