These are creamy, high-protein cheesecakes made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, lightly sweetened and topped with berries.

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 graham cracker sheets crushed (about ½ sheet per serving)
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or thawed frozen
Instructions
- Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice until creamy.
- Spoon into 4 small jars or ramekins.
- Top with crushed graham crackers and berries.
- Chill before serving.
