Ingredients

low-fat Greek yogurt

low-fat cottage cheese

honey or maple syrup

tsp
vanilla extract
▢

Tablespoon
lemon juice
▢

graham cracker sheets
crushed (about ½ sheet per serving)
▢

cup
mixed berries
fresh or thawed frozen
Instructions
▢
Blend yogurt, cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice until creamy.
▢
Spoon into 4 small jars or ramekins.
▢
Top with crushed graham crackers and berries.
▢
Chill before serving.
