  • 1 cup warm milk  
  • 2 chamomile bags 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey 


  1. Heat milk until it’s warm, making sure not to boil.
  2. Pour into a mug, and add both tea bags to cup.
  3. Keep bags in milk for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add honey and cinnamon.
  5. Mix well.
