Extra-Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate milk like Fairlife
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder 30g protein

Instructions

  • Blend milk, cottage cheese, cacao powder, and protein powder until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Divide into 4 containers and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy chilled.
