Deconstructed Burrito Bowl

Do you ever have left overs in your fridge and don’t know what to do? One easy thing to do is to make a deconstructed burrito bowls for your meals! I never like soggy/ wet food, so this recipe features tortilla chips on the side.

Servings: 1

Serving Size: 1 bowl

Ingredients: 

3 ounces cooked chicken, chopped
1 ounce black beans, boiled
1 ounce romaine lettuce, chopped
1 ounce bell peppers, diced
1 ounce onions, diced
1/4 lime
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 ounce tortilla chips

Directions: 

1. In a large bowl combine chicken, black beans, romaine lettuce, bell peppers, and onions. Garnish with lime and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips on the side or steamed rice.
