Ingredients

  • lb ground chicken 8% fat
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • ½ cup finely chopped red or yellow bell pepper
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lime zested
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

Mix:

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cilantro, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, lime zest and juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix just until incorporated.

Form:

  • With wet hands, divide mixture into 8 equal patties (~3 oz raw each).

Air Fry:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray basket lightly with cooking spray.
  • Place patties in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Serve or store:

  • Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
