In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cilantro, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, lime zest and juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix just until incorporated.
Form:
With wet hands, divide mixture into 8 equal patties (~3 oz raw each).
Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray basket lightly with cooking spray.
Place patties in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Serve or store:
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
