Ingredients
- ½ cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ≈30g protein
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 whole egg
- ¾ cup unsweetened oat milk Kirkland brand
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 15 oz can peaches in 100% juice, drained and diced
- Cooking spray optional
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 325°F.
- In one bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir wet into dry mixture until smooth, then fold in the diced peaches.
- Lightly spray four 6-ounce ramekins and divide the batter evenly.
- Air fry at 325°F for 12–14 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly. Serve warm — optionally with a dollop of Greek yogurt or cinnamon drizzle.
