Ingredients

scoop vanilla protein powder

15 oz can peaches in 100% juice, drained and diced

Instructions
▢
Preheat air fryer to 325°F.
▢
In one bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
▢
In another bowl, whisk the egg, oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
▢
Stir wet into dry mixture until smooth, then fold in the diced peaches.
▢
Lightly spray four 6-ounce ramekins and divide the batter evenly.
▢
Air fry at 325°F for 12–14 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
▢
Let cool slightly. Serve warm — optionally with a dollop of Greek yogurt or cinnamon drizzle.
