Ingredients
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ⅜ cup 2% Greek yogurt
- ½ cup strawberries for blending
- ½ Tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ Tbsp ground flaxseed
- ½ tsp honey
- ¼ tsp monk-fruit sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries topping
- ¾ Tbsp chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, ½ cup strawberries, honey, monk fruit, and vanilla.
- Stir in chia and flax.
- Chill 30 minutes.
- Top with fresh strawberries and pistachios.
