Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground chicken 8% fat
- ½ cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- ½ cup finely chopped red or yellow bell pepper
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lime zested
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Mix:
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cilantro, bell pepper, green onions, garlic, lime zest and juice, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix just until incorporated.
Form:
- With wet hands, divide mixture into 8 equal patties (~3 oz raw each).
Air Fry:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray basket lightly with cooking spray.
- Place patties in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Serve or store:
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate up to 4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
