How to Feel Good with Prune Juice

The New Year is here already! So you know what that means. Serves 4

2 cups dry oats

½ cup low fat plain kefir
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt


  1. Put all ingredients in a storage container. Mix together and let sit overnight for at least 6 hours. Stir before each use.
