Easy breakfast ideas are endless, but finding the right recipe which incorporates, carbohydrate, protein, and fat might be slightly harder to find.  This apple nut seedy toast is a balanced meal served by itself or even with a glass or milk.

Servings: 1

Serving size: 1 toast

Ingredients:

1 piece whole wheat toast

1 tablespoon almond butter

½ mini apple, sliced

1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Spread your almond butter on the toast
  2. Top it off with apples, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon
