Ingredients

Yellow peaches
cored (don't use white peaches as they will not retain their shape)

Burrata
▢
8
cups
Arugula
▢

tbs
Balsamic glaze
▢

Tbsp
Olive oil
▢
Sea salt
to taste
▢
Black pepper
to taste
▢
Basil
▢
Seeds
sunflower, pecan, or walnut
Instructions
▢
Preheat your grill pan.
▢
Spray the peaches with cooking spray.
▢
Add the peaches to your grill pan and turn over after a few minutes.
▢
In a bowl, assemble the salad with a bed of arugula.
▢
Topped with the piece of burrata.
▢
Add the grilled peaches.
▢
Using a Z shape, pour the balsamic glaze on top.
▢
Then poor a little olive oil, and top with sea salt and black pepper.
▢
At the end, sprinkle basil cut into small strips on top.
▢
Top your final masterpiece with pumpkin seeds or pecans.
