In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the yellow onion and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add garlic, and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes
Add the ground beef or the raw beef and cook for about 7 min
Stir in the basil, scallions, carrots, mushrooms, avocado, soy sauce, sesame seeds, balsamic glaze, and salt, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Carefully remove the lettuce leaves. Divide the ground beef mixture, placing 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture into two lettuce leaves. Serve warm.
