2% plain Greek yogurt

avocado mashed
▢

tablespoons
olive oil mayonnaise dressing

yellow mustard

Veggie Toppings: bell pepper
scallion, peas
Instructions
▢
Cut your hard-boiled eggs in half.
▢
Remove the egg yolks, and mix with the Greek yogurt, avocado, olive oil mayo, and mustard.
▢
Pipe into the egg white halves.
▢
Top with the sliced veggies.
