*A fun fact about asparagus is that it was the first very successful crop in the Peruvian agro-export of fresh vegetables. With everything that the Peruvian asparagus exporters learned with this activity and even an air transport line was organized for the product, it is that later great developments have been achieved in the export of grapes, blueberries, avocado, mango, citrus, white onion or yellow, ginger and many more.
