Who says you can’t have popsicles for breakfast?  This Popsicle is the ultimate “start your day off right” combination: (1) Peruvian Maca for increased energy and endurance, (2) Yogurt for bone and muscle health, and (3) Strawberries for immunity!

Maca Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pops

Serves: 5


½ cup Greek yogurt, 2% plain

2 cups strawberries, frozen

2 tablespoons Peruvian maca powder

2 tablespoons agave nectar


Food processor


Popsicle molds with sticks


Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.  Divide mixture evenly among each popsicle mold.

If using molds with attached sticks, place and secure the stick tops into the molds.  If using free-standing sticks, freeze the popsicles for 30 minutes until slightly firm, then place sticks in the center of each mold and finish freezing until solid throughout.

To unmold frozen popsicles, run under warm water to loosen pops from their molds.  Enjoy!
