I hope you had a great time last night!  Now that the New Year is here, start it out right by having breakfast, staying hydrated throughout the day, and keeping your hunger satisfied with healthy snacking.

If you overdid it yesterday, don’t beat yourself up.  Move forward and pick right back up where you left off.  You’ll be all right!

Use today to relax and to think about how you’re going to make this year the one where you stick to your goals and accomplish your resolutions.  Be conscious of what obstacles you may face, and try to think of ways in which you can overcome those hurdles and keep moving forward to success. 

Above all, be mindful of your choices and decisions.  Try to make ones that foster victory.  And always make your environment one that supports your weight loss goals.

Relax and prepare yourself for the New Year.  Remind yourself that it’s going to be the best one yet!
